Strong communities are not only important to DCT the company, but also to our team of employees, whose families live, work, go to school and volunteer in these same communities.

At DCT we take great pride in our commitment to community involvement by supporting economic development efforts, schools, youth-programs, health-care services and charitable organizations throughout our service area.

Relay for Life - Team DCT

DCT contributed over $60,000 to our local communities last year alone. In addition, DCT Board of Directors and Employees donate their own time and energy to local communities by actively participating in the following:

We want our communities to remain vibrant and we are committed to doing our part.

Scholarships
Young people are considered a very valuable resource at Dakota Central and as a result a scholarship program has been established to encourage youth in our area to further their education after graduating from high school. Each spring, the Dakota Central Scholarship Program sets aside ten $500 scholarships to be awarded to high school seniors in our service area.
